1. Who we are

teaSMP is a Minecraft server network run by Teacorps ("we"). Contact: teaconctact1@gmail.com. teaSMP is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Mojang and Microsoft are not responsible for teaSMP or for anything you buy here.

2. What you get

A subscription costs $5/month and gives full access to every teaSMP server, mode and feature. Every player pays the same price and gets the same thing. We sell nothing else: no ranks, kits, items, coins or advantages. You need your own legitimate Minecraft: Java Edition account, or Minecraft Bedrock Edition with an Xbox account. The Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines apply to your use of the game.

3. Payment and renewal

Payments are handled by Tebex, which sells the subscription to you as merchant of record. Tebex's checkout terms also apply to the payment. Your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. If we ever change the price, we will announce it at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the Tebex payment portal. Your access then continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

5. In-game coins and items

Coins, items and everything else in the game are part of the game. They have no real-world value, are never sold, and cannot be bought, sold, traded for or exchanged into money or anything of value outside the game. Casino games and minigames use in-game coins only and never pay out anything of real value. Trading game items or accounts for real money is not allowed.

6. Rules

You must follow the server rules shown in-game. Cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, hate speech and attempts to disrupt or attack the service are not allowed. We may warn, mute, suspend or permanently remove players who break the rules. If we remove your access because you broke the rules, we will not refund the current period unless the law requires it.

7. The service

We work to keep teaSMP online and fun, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of bugs. We may change, add or remove gameplay features, and we may reset parts of the world when needed. Planned maintenance does not shorten your paid time beyond short interruptions.

8. Age

If you are under the age at which you can agree to a contract or to data processing where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make the payment.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We may update these terms; for important changes we will tell you in-game or by email before they apply.
