Who is responsible
Teacorps runs teaSMP and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: teaconctact1@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Your Minecraft identity: your username and account ID (Java), or your Xbox gamertag and ID (Bedrock). We need these to run your account, your subscription and your progress.
- Connection data: your IP address and connection details. We use them to connect you, block attacks and bots, prevent cheating and enforce bans.
- Gameplay data: what you do in the game, such as chat, blocks, trades, coins and stats. We use it to run the game, settle disputes and moderate.
- Subscription records from Tebex: the payment reference, amount, currency, date, status and the country Tebex reports. We use them to grant access and show your payment history. We never receive your card details. We do not keep your name, email address or billing address from Tebex.
- Support messages: whatever you send us when you contact support.
We process this data to provide the service you subscribed to (contract), to keep it safe and fair (legitimate interests), and to keep payment records the law requires (legal obligation).
Who else sees it
- Tebex processes your payment as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- Mojang/Microsoft confirm your account when you sign in.
- Our hosting provider runs the servers that store this data on our behalf.
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Payment and subscription records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Raw payment notifications: 90 days, with personal details removed when they arrive.
- Join codes: one day after they expire.
- Connection and moderation logs: as long as needed for security and enforcing bans.
- Gameplay data: while your account is in use, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. The Tebex checkout sets its own cookies to process your payment.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and object to how we use it. Email us from the address you used with Tebex, or tell us your in-game name. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
